Booking and cancellation conditions
Booking conditions
Reservations must be sent directly by email to contact@palazzogarzoni.com.
Each reservation must be confirmed by return email to the customer by the Palazzo.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations or changes must be sent by email to: contact@palazzogarzoni.com and confirmed in return by the Palazzo’s reservations department.
Free cancellations are valid up to 30 days before arrival.
In accordance with our cancellation policy, 100% of the stay will be charged in the event of non-operation or late cancellation.
Payment conditions
50% of the total cost of the stay will be required at the time of booking. The balance of 50% will be required 30 days before the customer’s arrival.
Special conditions for the Biennial: 50% of the total cost of the stay will be required at the time of booking. The balance of 50% will be required 60 days before the customer’s arrival.

Security deposit
A security deposit is required and will be debited on arrival by credit card to cover any damage incurred during the stay.
General terms and conditions
The prices quoted are valid only for the services, number of people and dates mentioned above. Any changes will incur additional charges. Our prices are based on the VAT applicable at the time. In the event of a change, our prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Accommodation
Palazzo Garzoni undertakes to relocate guests to a hotel of the same category in the event of force majeure. The following may be considered as force majeure (by way of example but not limitation): war, strike, natural disaster, etc.
Insurance
Palazzo Garzoni is not responsible for theft, loss and/or damage to personal belongings (clothing, luggage, and other objects, etc.) that may occur to the customer inside or outside the Palazzo.
The customer may take out civil insurance to cover any damage that may occur.
Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Italian law. In the event of a dispute between the two parties, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Italian law.
Consumer ombudsman
In the event of a dispute, the customer may refer the matter to the mediation body: MCP Médiation, 12 square Desnouettes, Paris 75015.
