Booking and cancellation conditions
Booking conditions
A copy of your passport or identity card and a credit card are required to guarantee your booking.
Reservations must be sent directly by email to contact@aureaibiza.com.
Villa Aurea must confirm each reservation by return email to the client.
Cancellation conditions
All cancellations or changes must be sent by email to: contact@aureaibiza.com and confirmed by the villa Aurea reservations department.
Free cancellation is valid up to 30 days before arrival.
In accordance with our cancellation policy, 100% of the stay will be charged in the event of non-operation or late cancellation.
Terms and conditions of payment
50% of the total cost of the stay will be required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be required 30 days before the customer’s arrival.

Security deposit
A security deposit of €15,000.00 is required and will be debited on arrival by credit card to cover any damage incurred during your stay.
General terms and conditions
The rates quoted are only valid for the services, number of people and dates mentioned above. Any changes will incur additional charges. Our prices are based on the VAT applicable at the time. In the event of a change, our prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Accommodation
Aurea Ibiza undertakes to relocate clients to an establishment of the same category in the event of force majeure. The following may be considered as force majeure (by way of example but not limitation): war, strike, natural disaster, etc.
Insurance
Aurea Ibiza is not responsible for theft, loss and/or damage to personal belongings (clothing, luggage, and other objects…) that may occur to the client in or outside the villa. The client may take out civil insurance to cover any damage that may occur.
Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Spanish law. In the event of a dispute between the two parties, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Spanish law.
Consumer Ombudsman
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 611-1 and R 612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes:
Where a consumer has submitted a written complaint to the trader and has not received a satisfactory resolution or a response within two months,
they may submit their complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman free of charge. The case must be referred to the Ombudsman within a maximum of one year from the date of the initial complaint.
