Booking conditions

Reservations must be sent directly by email to reservations@lanauve.com or by telephone to +33 (0)5 48 17 03 70.

Each reservation must be confirmed by return email to the customer by the Hotel.

 

Terms of payment:

100% of the total cost of the stay will be required D-3 before the customer’s arrival.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer:

We may propose special offers which will be communicated by email or on our website.

 

Cancellation conditions

All cancellations or changes must be sent by email to: reservations@lanauve.com and confirmed in return by the hotel’s reservations department.

Conditions applied according to the current price conditions.

 

Accommodation

La Nauve, Hôtel & Jardin undertakes to relocate guests to a hotel of the same category in the event of force majeure. The following may be considered as force majeure (by way of example but not limitation): war, strike, natural disaster, etc.

 

Insurance

La Nauve, Hôtel & Jardin is not responsible for theft, loss and/or damage to personal belongings (clothing, luggage, skis, cars and other objects, etc.) that may occur to the customer in or outside the hotel.

The customer may take out civil liability insurance to cover any damage that may occur.

 

Jurisdiction

This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute between the two parties, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of French law.

 

Consumer ombudsman

In the event of a dispute, the customer may refer the matter to the mediation body: MCP Médiation, 12 square Desnouettes, Paris 75015.

La Nauve, Hôtel et Jardin and its restaurants are closed until Thursday 3 April 2025. We look forward to welcoming you back on Friday 4 April 2025.
